VTDW, Thats a smart Doc you have there. Depression is not just feeling "woe is me". It's also just not feeling anything at all, you are right, classic symptoms. If you can, get out there and move, do something, anything, then do something else, physical effort is GREAT, perhaps start working out, thats a great cure if you have enough left in you to do it. It is possible to help yourself out of it. If not, make sure you ask that smart Doc what he suggests. And please, follow through with it....<><.... :grin:
