I know calling and emailing congressmen isn't going to work. We are past the point of no return. The Marxists have proven they can steal an election with no consequences.  The SCOTUS, and the lower courts didn't even want to hear evidence. The pathetic GOP have even stopped talking about fixing the next one. Even if they were talking about it, I have little faith that they could fix anything. They basically sat on their asses, and them them steal the most important election in history.

To get Reagan elected I actively worked with the GOP party.
I saw who controlled such affairs.
I would not walk across a street to get a Bush elected.

I would never give my E mail too any political affairs, much less senator or congressmen.
I would write a letter to my current congressman if I thought necessary; to write the the current DFL Senators would be as effective as writing a letter and flushing down the toilet.
Next presidential election I might consider doing what I once did but after actively being involved in Local political matters, I would have to buy a case of Preparation H.

If our elected officials don't listen about this border situation in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and California then pretty soon it will be uncontrollable. I think my house goes on the market tomorrow and I am soon out of this state. Had a good Army buddy move to Thailand. Thinking very seriously of joining him. He and his wife are living pretty comfortable and no political upheaval. So far anyway.
