the idea is sound. No way will this planet support the population 20 years from now unless something drastic changes but like you im not willing to be one of the culls. I could see a day though when or goverment and all goverments step in and take measures to control the population. They could start with my blessing by spade and neutering anyone that is on welfare. I know we all hate the goverment controlling our lives but the fact is if they dont we will starve and starving will be started with the poor then the middle class and the last ones standing will be the rich and powerful. Im saying that and im a catholic and a christian and was preached to my whole life that it was our duty to "be fruitful and multiply". But I think that is an agenda thats seen its day. When Jesus walked on earth there was plenty of earth to support more people. No more! I dont think Jesus would approve of bringing babies into the world that are destine to die a miserable death starving.

That statement only serves to show their complete ignorance of the job.

  I AM A SNIPER.  I took that statement (those statements) as BITING SARCASTIC CRITICISM against the Left.  It was/is a perspective "thing" in my mind and depends on how you read it.

In the individual MARSOC unit, the assigned sniper is called "overwatch".   He normally takes an elevated hide, and watches over his troops. to see that there are no "surprises".

  The sniper, or overwatch are called for instance, when an enemy sniper starts popping at our troops.  After the first shot from either side, if it doesn't connect, then it is a "high noon" moment..sniper vs sniper..  Who else is qualified to exchange fire with the enemy's best shot ?
    Sooner or later, any sniper is going to come up with a "high noon" situation.  Cowards don't volunteer to exchange with the enemy's best shots.

Our enduring thanks for your son's service.  US Troops are among the elite and best trained in the world, shared I think with Russian perseverance and resolution (debatable).  For certain, there is no Taliban sniper on this planet that can compare.  Their so called "best shot" is a merely a target without a hole in it - but soon and very soon to be.

  Thanks Landowner but that is ..grandson..  His normal MOS was armorer, but more often than not, he was doing his gun repairs while under fire (that's when guns fail) or at least while in the field.  There is a very interesting story there. MARSOC  (Marine special operations command) troops have now taken back their old name of "Raiders" that they were known by during WW2..  The MARSOC guys are known by the enemy as "badazz"...   Thanks Argent... I guess he was what one would call a "happy warrior" !  Of course now, years later, he is a husband, daddy and holding down 3 professions ..a different ball of wax!

   Here's a photo when he was getting ready to go into probably Ramadi, Fallujah or some other town in Al Anbar province, trying to draw fire.

  I tend to think of these veterans of our longest war, are another "greatest generation", especially since they are so darn capable !.

From the looks of how the world postering is developing I’d say we will find out soon. Keep your eye on the eastern shy. The departure of every person from this earth that is a born again Christian in the twinkling of a eye. The you will see he!! On earth for 7 years. 3 & 1/2 of which will kill off most of the world population. And then Jesus will return to earth to clean up this mess.
