Rare 7.62x39!!!

Well...  Current bid is $255 (plus $15 shipping).  I'd have though it would have some gold inlay, cool engraving, or something.  Alas, it doesn't. :(

I saw that barrel, I thought those people on ebay are crazy, now I know it.  How much does a complete H&R 7.62x39 rifle cost?  Based on the selling price on ebay, the completed rifle would probably cost over $500.

I am amused by the overly used 'rare', but, fact is, everything is worth what someone is willing to pay. Most things Ive been involved with have gone through this same syndrome, and are now priced out of my ability to justify the purchase.
I always look over H&R rifles when I find them used and/or at gun shows. I must not be the only one hereabouts, a reasonably priced clean one seems to go pretty quick.

Gotta keep looking in the classifieds for one, but I guess I shouldn't hold my breath.

Mine was a whole gun too. Guess I should have parted it out on ebay.  :o

I got out of mine exactly what I had in it. Not looking to make any money from the guys on here.
