Different strokes for different folks. As has been said before, if you are looking for precision the 45/410 probably isn't the Handi for you; however, if you want a lot of utility in one firearm, it really fills the bill.
In this photograph my 45/410 is the bottom Handi (my 308 Survivor is on top).

As you can see I have equiped it with a front sight (by a good gunsmith) and dispensed with the bead. The rear sight is an XS Ghost Ring sight (
http://xssights.com/index.php?nID=sights&cID=Sights&pID=sights&sID=rifle) which mounts to the rail.

This gives a pretty good sight picture whether shooting rabbits with the 410 or whitetails with the 45.

I got my 45/410 at a good price and decided to make a project gun out of it. Works well and stores away nicely. The Survivor stock also allows me to pack away some goodies in case I end up spending an impromptu night in the bush...
