Hay, women are nice to have around. Some are better than others, just as some men are better than others. But after my divorce I determined they are all replaceable, just as men are to them. If a man decides to be totally whipped by a woman that is his choice, let him be a wimp. If she does not like a man being independent, aggressive, and macho, then she can leave. If she stays it's her choice. Now I DO NOT CONDONE physical abuse from either sex, otherwise what happens behind closed doors is their business.
My wife is very good to me, and I feel I am very good to her, I try hard to be. We have been married 31 years. But if she should become intolerant of my way of life, or try to be controlling, she can and will be replaced. My first wife has warned her to be good to me, if not she will take me back in a heart beat. Not on your life, she is a wonderful woman, but no longer my type. There is greener pastures out there.
Now as for my wife getting a tattoo or piercing. She has discussed it with me. She wanted to get her ears pierced, I did not have a problem with that. She wanted a belly button ring, and a little frog or rose tattoo. I told her I did not like it, but if she wanted to go ahead. After weighing the pro and cons she decided not to get one. Then she came to me about getting an eye brow ring, I said flat "NO"! "No face metal". She put the idea on the back burner. Our son came to me one evening and asked what I had said about his Mom getting a ring in her eye brow. I told him what I had said, and how I feel. He agreed with me he feels the same way. He said watch this and go along. We went into the living room where my wife was watching TV.
Sky said "Mom, I want a ring in my eye brow and one in my lip, maybe a tongue stud". She came unglued, she went to ranting and raving, about why did he want to ruin such a handsome face. Sky then said, "Why not, you want an eye brow ring". I agreed, saying that was what she had said. If looks could kill, I would have been a goner. She decided right there "No one in this house is getting any face metal, ar anywhere else for that matter". End of discussion. Sky and I could not help it we laughed for the rest of the evening.
Have to say, it was funny watching that little woman, all 4'11" of her. Pushing that 20 yr old, young man, 5'6" 160 lb body builder, against the wall and laying down the law. Him standing there looking down at her, and laughing. Her hitting him in the chest with both her little fist, just made him, and me, laugh that much harder. Oh Yea, she is not even thinking about getting any piercings or tattoos anymore.
