I have been pleased with Bushnell, I can't say the same for some of the high dollar scopes.
One of the first scopes I owned was a Bushnell Banner, I bought it about 1961, put it on a BSA 30-06. It worked very well, and from season to season it was dead on each year when I zeroed before hunting. This combination has been responsible for 5--6 Elk, a Black Bear, and more deer that I can remember, it has taken a lot of abuse, being kicked around in the truck, while on horse back, or on dirt bikes. I don't shoot the 06 anymore, but I would bet if I took dug the gun out of the back of the safe, the little Bushnell would still be dead on.
