In my younger days, I would argue with him. Then, as I got older, I ignored him as much as possible, threw a few "darts" his way, and then would leave. Today, it just doesn't matter. I realize I can't have a rational discussion with him. So, I just don't have a discussion. If he brings up an issue, I simply smile and nod my head and say Ummmm Hmmmm, and offer no input one way or the other. Even if I agree with his position.

There are individuals out there that you can't reason with, or find any common ground. No matter your attempts at trying. So, I spare my energies and my blood pressure. Life is easier that way.

So they point out where a few billion of our tax dollars are going...and the lefties get mad....is this because they don't want people to know? MSNBC does not report where all the money is going, if you call in and complain about tax money going to ACORN or the "funding for the study of pig oder"...MSNBC gets upset...?

FOX is not perfect, nor is any news station, and you can get any views you want watching any program, but the reason I like FOX is because they will have no problem reporting something in the first place, while others such as MSNBC would rather make up something about Palin's kids than let you know the latest real news. Sure, Fox has "guests" like they all do...if you don't like the talk show part, just don't watch it...but personally I'd reather have someone ask a direct question that requires a simple yes or no answer, and then give the guest heck for not answering it, than have Larry King ask the same question and be perfectly content with no answer at all while the guest beats around the bush. FOX news also has a reputation for asking VERY hard questions to conservatives....where MSNBC won't ask a thing of a socialist, or expect a good answer.

We don't get real good news here any more...FOX seems to be tops in many area's, the others are going broke for a good reason. The Average American will tune in to what's best, and it seems they have.
The bigest reason socialists hate FOX is probably because they make money and have great ratings which the socialists just get...because very few people agree with socialists, and most Americans live their lives as conservatives. That's a fact.

I always smile when I hear someone say "go back to the tee-vee now...Fox News is on..." like they have some kind of "inside info" that nobody else has access to.

They don't....we all have access to the same info, so it just boils down to pure logic in the end. You still have to decide yourself. Bottom line is, the majority of Americans are down on socialism, they ARE living their lives in a conservative mannor...and it sucks to have the label of "socialist" which socialists constantly try to deny.

Jimster, I think the biggest reason socialists hate Fox news is because they tell facts and the truth. Its the same reason they hate people like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Jim Quinn, Glenn Beck, Michael Savage, and Ann Coulter. Just mention one of these people's names to a liberal and they start spitting venom.
Look at how many times the communist news stations don't report something that they think might make Obama or one of their communist buddies look bad.
