Rare duck
« on: September 26, 2006, 05:26:43 AM »
No i don't mean scarce.  I mean red and bloody in the middle.  Thats how I like my duck.  But every one of my buddies get a little nervous and tells me to keep theirs on the barbie a little longer.  How do you guys eat yours?  As far as I know there isn't any major health reason not to enjoy it just like a steak.

I like mine a little crispier than that.

I don't like thick pieces of meat (especially rare ones).  I cut mine real thin and grill outside.

A lil pink in the middle.  I will stuff puddle ducks with apple wedges, carrots, onions, and some orange juice concentrate (1/2 can per duck) inside and poured over the top as well.  Wrap all this liberally in tin foil and bbq.
