Ruger model 77 in 7mm Rem SA Ultra Mag...

Does anyone have any experience with this rifle/cartridge combo?  I was wondering what the accuracy potential was, and how the muzzle blast is with a 22 inch barrel.  I think it would make a dandy mule deer gun.  Any info would be greatly appreciate.

I have one in a remington 700. Mine has a 24 inch barrel. I think you'll like the 7 saum just fine. I shoot mostly heavier bullets in mine. I don't notice the muzzle blast from mine, and I would expect the same with yours. I've been getting a little higher velocity out of mine than some of my buddies 7 mags. So far I like mine.
