What is your favorite Browning RIFLE aqnd why ?

I like my old blr81 with steel reciever and my Bar lwt with wood stock. I had a micro medallion in .243 but didn't care for it as the bbl was too thin and I couldn'tget it to shoot consistantly. I'm going to trade for an A-bot hunter fld in .243 today !

I've always considered my LH Stainless Stalker 25/06 my "favorite" rifle in my safe, but my brand new LH Abolt Micro Hunter in 22 Hornet sure is pretty!!

New guy here!  ;)

The A-Bolt Micro in .243 left-hand looks to be my next purchase. I haven't received any negative feedback to this point on this rifle.

Got my A-bolt hunter II in .243 and went to the range today. Got lots of suprises. perfect day to shoot and coronograph. More later

Mines a belgium made Safari in .375 HH. Serial #2xxx.It has an FN mag. Mauser CRF action. It shoots hunting loads into 3/4" consistantly when the owners working right. This is also the best deal I ever made on a gun. I paid $200.00 for the rifle 120 rnds of ammo, dies and 100 new cases in 1971. It's appraised at $1300.00 now. It's an old friend now that I just flat out love.

1885 45-90 BPCR.  Nothing like using an old black powder rifle with iron sights and hearing the 1000 yd gong clang!! :D

I have three.  A Stainless Stalker in .300 Winchester with the CR device, A Low Wall in .22 Hornet, and a Varmint in 22-250 with the CR.

I forgot to list the why.  Accuracy & reliability.  I have taken antelope out to 483 yds. with the .300.  I have a load that uses an overall length that is too long for the magazine so I single load it.  With antelope it does not matter.  This load consistently shoots 3-shot groups under .200 at 100 yds.  When I shoot at something I know I am going to hit it.  It shoots several factory 180 gr. bullets into 1/2".  The varmint has shot groups at 200 yds. that were 1/4".  The Low Wall groups at 1/2" for 3 shot groups.

A-Bolt Stainless Stalker .30-06 - Never fails to fire, never fails to put down game, never fails to shoot accurately.  I'm in love  ;D

I like the little takedown .22 automatics. They're light and handle well. The centerfires and shotguns just aren't my taste.
