I can't get your site to open on my computer. You might, just for the heck of it, go to www.whittakerguns.com and check the prices there. Whittakers generally have very, very good prices. Tom Purdom

At the link it shows $695, on the price list it shows $869. The latter price is the suggested retail and those I've bought weren't a lot less. If you can get it for the $695 that's less than I've paid for the two I've bought.

Thanks for the tips and help.

Graybeard... :o  You have two... :o  How do you like them? are they stiff? well balanced?  do they have a factory cast to the stock?
I'm a lefty, and the Berretta's that I have looked at were both right hand cast from the factory, not much, but just enough that I shot verrrry poorly with them on sporting clays. kind of hard on the cheek as well ;)

I can't recall reading anything on their site about cast one way or another, I don't detect any on mine. The fit and finish is quite nice, much better than one would expect in this price range. The DeHaan imported Huglu's to me look even better than the CZ imports.

Are they stiff? Maybe a wee bit but not anymore so than other new guns. They are well finished and the stiffness you'll detect isn't much and isn't a result of poor finish on fitting parts like on say the Stoeger imports. Yes they are well balanced. The guns I've bought are .410 and 28 gauge guns. I don't shoot the 12 any longer due to my shoulder.

Thanks for the input, I've got a 20ga. O/U Ruger, but now that my "wife to be" is hunting with me more, that is the gun she uses, so it looks like I need a new one for myself for grouse and woodcock hunting ;D The 12ga. is just too heavey to lug threw the brush all day :D
