Chances of obtaining DMPs in the WMUs that we hunt

Here's the link to the DEC website page that outlines our chances of obtaining a Deer Management Permit for the Wildlife Management Units that we hunt.  I hunt in 9P, 9A and 9H.  Looks like my best chances for obtaining DMPs are to go for 9H first and then 9A...I do most of my hunting in 9H.

my area 6a is preference points only. My other area 6f no permits. I guess I better utilize the bow and muzzleloader quite heavily then

I was at the town hall today she said licenses go on sale the 14th. Gonna grab mine while the money is here lol. With a child off to college in 3 weeks it will vanish soon

I hunt 9N & 9M..got a permit for one extra.

Applied for 9M 1st choice and 9A 2nd. Was turned down on 9M and received 9A. My moms still got to get her license. Might not be skunked on the 1st choice yet. ;)

   Got mine for 5R yesterday - after going 3 years without one....
