Info on a Kimber 8400 Montana in 270 WSM
« on: July 19, 2006, 11:45:10 AM »
A Kimber 8400 Montana in 270 WSM has been offered to me at a steal of a price, $675.00.  It is in like new condition.  I like what I see but know nothing about this rifle maker, or rifle.  Any opinions or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

The gun sells for around $1,000.00 brand new.  I have the 84M Montana in 7mm-08 and absolutely love it.  It is the best and most practical hunting rifle a guy could dream of.  It is extremely light, and a ton of detail is put into making each and every one of these guns.  I say go for it!  Oh yeah, and it's accurate as hell.
