has anyone used CZ-USA custom shop

I have an interest in a 550 American med. action in a caliber CZ doesn't chamber for. I've spoken with the Custom shop of CZ-USA and got a quote on the rifle I want built.
 Has anyone used the custom shop and how is their work?
