Short Answer - No.

Longer Answer - The Ultra Slug and the 10 ga are built on the SB2 shotgun frame, not to be confused with the SB2 rifle frame.  The frame is larger than the standard shotgun/huntsman frame.  It's not supposed to work and NEF will not fit the barrel to that frame.  However I have read on GBO of people that are using regular barrels on the SB2 shotgun frame.  Kind of a crapshoot if you ask me.

The 10 ga/12ga ultra frame has a deeper (wider) relieved area in the barrel channel forward of the standing breech to accomodate the larger breech diameter of the 10&12-ultra 'snausage'. The huntsman barrel breech area is of standard 12 ga. size like all the other ga/cal tubes...therefore undersized for the frame with a larger carved out barrel channel.

Now if it was a 20 ga ultra, it would work out fine since that model  is based on the standard relief dimensioned frame.
