6.5 Swede cut barrel and recrown to 17.5 inches, cut stock to match.  Glass beeded action and lug, free floated barrel, contoured trigger guard cut bolt and hollowed out.  Cerma-coated barrel and reciever- woodland camo done with Krylon Fusion paint.  Shoots MOA. I apologize, I guess I wasn't humble enough by calling it sweet myself. Just happy that my first project turned out so well, and all done with hand tools and still shoots three shots under an inch at 100 yds, with 129 gr. Hornady spire points and about 40 grs. of imr 4064.

Very nice. I have a customized 96 that is the best shooter in my collection. Sub MOA all day. You should be proud of such a beautiful piece, nice work.

Thanks cheesehead appreciate the compliment, have taken deer with it previously, now all thats left is to put the smack down on a big buck and then it will  make it perfect!

That is one nice job on the Swede! I love the rifles and the cartridge.  8)
