How does a Ruger action differ from a current Winchester Model 70 or a true Mauser action?

The Ruger is currently being manufactured.
There are Mausers but just how traditional they are, I don't know.
The Winchester is gone, for now, although The Montana Rifle Company makes a near perfect copy, not rifles, just actions and berreled actions. Their bolt release is probably better'n Winchesters. Cooper has a long action version for their 840, named 8400, which is a near clone also.

The Mauser has a CRF (controlled round feed) system, it must pick up the round from the magazine, will not chamber by just dropping a round on top of the magazine.
I believe the others have a PRF (push round feed) where you can chamber from the magazine or just drop a round on top of the magazine and then chamber the round.
Some now have a modified feed system that is a cross between the two.
