Non-resident increases?

With it likely that residents will be paying more for a PA license and possibly needing tags for turkey & deer, has anyone heard anything about non-resident increases?

I hope not!  I don't mind paying the $100 bucks or so to hunt Pa, but an increase may make others think twice.  I have always enjoyed good success in Pa, and would continue to hunt there every year that I am able.
