I have been looking for a new toy for awhile and I have been interested in another single shot. I have read many posts on the BC and the Target model. I went to a local store and found one of each. I filled out  the purchasing paper work and will go back tomorrow and pick one up. Still not sure on which one. I am leaning towards the BC, it is the Gold limited model.  I just joined the site today, but have been reading. I may just be back after tomorrow with questions or looking for advice.

38-55kidd Welcome to the forums, New BC or 38-55 Target followed you home tomorrow, Just the start of another Handi-holic. now there will be one following you home every once in a while, Good Luck and enjoy.

Welcome Aboard :D

I'm a fan of the 45-70..so..I'd be leaning towards getting the BC..There's been a-lot of discussions on the 38-55 Targets here..and their undersized bores and oversized chambers to keep me from picking one up...unless ofcourse it was to rechamber/rebore to 405 Winchester like Quickdtoo has already done...
