I am looking for a pack gun and am thinking about the 360 either ss or the PD, I'm concerned about the finish lasting on the PD though. So, I was just wanting to get everyones thoughts on the gun. Thanks.

I can't imagine why anybody would want anything but a stainless for a pack gun. (In lieu of a blued one)

I have a 360 PD. It is aluminium (scandium) and Titanium. It does not rust. I have carried it every day since I bought it 2 years ago. It does have some surface wear, but it is a carry gun not a safe queen.

+1 Nanuk. I have a 337 PD that I carry daily and it seems impervious to corrosion.

Superjay01, JMHO, before you get a super light wieght 357 try shooting one first. My little Chiefs Special Sc is about 13 oz with Crimson Trace laser grips and she ain't pleasant to shoot with +p 38 special loads. ( I usually end up bleeding on my monthly rotate ammo/shoot the carry piece outing. :wink: :eek: )

:cb2: I think I like the 386 with the slightly longer barrel and grip. Just something about shooting real live .357 loads in a gun that light kinda makes me want a little more to hold on to!

The light weights always get me on the knuckle of my middle finger. I do have less problems with my .45s than with the little ones. I end up bleeding also, which does little for my accuracy. But they don't drag your pants down.
