S&W M&P?
« on: April 04, 2006, 04:26:10 PM »
Just wondering if anyone has one of these and what is their opinon of it. Looks like a good design. Haven't handled one yet, but looks like it would feel really good in the hand. Also, like how close the hand is to the barrel centerline.

I have one and a pre model 10. They're great guns.

:cb2: S&W has been throwing that designation around a lot lately. Which M&P do you mean? The revolver, the automatic, or (unlikely) the AR-15?

You mean this little baby right here...

I have no experience with this handgun but I have heard some positive rumblings at the gun shop...I need to test it out though.

I just bought one in a .40 last friday. It's the first Smith I've owed, and the first auto. It's a lot of fun to shoot.I shot two boxes out of it 165 blazers FMJ,and 180 federal eagles FMJ.It seems to like the 180's at 25 & 30 yds.I'm going to try some different hollow point weights next.I've been shooting revolvers for years.Didn't think I'd like autos, but I think I picked a good one to start with.
