undertaker choke and hevishot?
« on: March 17, 2006, 05:39:46 PM »
I have a mossburg 500 and a undertaker .665 turkey choke, I bought a box of hevishot no 6's  I see that they have a undertaker choke designed for hevishot at .665  is there a differents between the two or is it just same choke now labeled hevishot to sell better? Dont see how they could be much differents unless it a harder steel or something if so will my normal undertaker still work with hevishot? There's no warnings on box that you shouldn't use with some chokes.  Any one know? Thanks

HS says the Undertaker is designed for lead and copper plated shot only.

The standard Undertaker Choke Tube is for lead and copper plated lead only. All existing or new heavy loads, such as the Winchester Xtended Range (not lead based), should use the Undertaker H.S. Choke Tube.
