If you don't have a gunsmith nearby you can look out on ebay there is a gentlemen there that gives you instructions on how to remove the trigger you send it to him and within a week it comes back perfect.. I paid 35 dollars the last time and it is well worth it. I believe his user name is WYOmBBQ but its been 2 years. Unless you put in a Jewell trigger no aftermarket trigger , Timney,Shilen,Jard whatever is going to beat the regular Remington trigger in the hands of a good gunsmith.
