Is this the same story about how a piece of a primate jawbone found somewhere proves that there are bigfoot in the woods today?We saw that one already

Well first off I don't see how any article could claim that a jawbone from an extinct animal could prove that bigfoot exsists.

This article brings the timeline of gigantopithicus into the realm of nearly modern humans............. it is the first time I have seen such research.  Perhaps someone else posted this earlier before I started hitting this forum?

It is interesting that now many scientists also believe the beast walked on it's knuckles.  This would seem to eliminate the bigfoot link since bigfoot is usually described as walking upright.
