Can anyone help my Dad out with a question? He has started collecting Browning FN Auto 5 Shotguns and now has two 12 bores and one 20 bore. What he is trying to find out is when the safety catch was repositioned from the old style (in front of trigger guard) to the later cross bolt style at the rear of the guard. The older gun also has the straight (non-pistol grip) stock.
I have found him some info on the web but it has not answered his question.
