Camper,
Model 1892 military musket used an unknown cartridge similar to their .303 Savage or 30-40 Krag.
1893 Savage patented his hammerless design and chambered in .32-20 cartridge.
Model 1895 used the .303 caliber
Model 1899 used .303 Savage, .30-30, .25-35, .32-40, .38-55 (later discontinued 1917), .22 Savage HI Power (1912), .250-3000 (1914).
Model 99 initially used .303 Savage, .30-30, .300 Savage (1922).
model 99-F 1926/27 .22 Hi Power, .30-30, .303 Savage, 250 Savage, .300 Savage.
1955- .308 added, 1956- .243 and .358 added/ discontinued 1969.
1964- .284 added/ discontinued 1971.
1977- .22-250 added/ discontinued 1980.
1980-81- .375 Winchester added

Savage T got most of 'em, but here's a list of calibers I've found in Model 99's... and I may have missed a few of 'em myself.

.22 HP
.22-250
.243
.25-35
.250-3000
.284 Win
7mm-08
.303 Sav.
.300 Sav.
.30-30
.308
.32-40
.358
.375
.38-55

There have also been several wildcat calibers believed to be factory specials from time to time, but I couldn't verify them, so I didn't include them.
