CZ Customer Service?

How would you rate the customer service at CZ USA?
Anyone have to send something back?  Do they stand behind their product?

I have only one experiance with CZ USA..  bought a new CZ#3 300wsm, stock split after six rounds,  they never hesitated, had me send back the rifle, got it back in about three weeks with a new stock ..   HTH.. Les

Had a problem with a 452. To be quite honest Mike the gunsmith at
CZ-USA was not much help. The President of CZ-USA (Alice P.) got wind of my problem. I got a personal phone call from her with a UPS number to ship the gun directly to her. I had a new 452 within 3 days of when they received mine. That was about 18 months ago. Since that time I have purchased two 550's and a 527. They went the extra mile for me, and will continue to get my business.>John

I broke two the small screws used to secure the scope.  :roll:  I sent an e-mail to CZ customer service asking what the thread size and pitch was, because I wanted to use torx head fasteners instead of the factory ones.  I received a reply with in two to three days if memory serves me.
Be kind to animals.... cook them properly.
