I just picked one of these up from a friend for $130, it has a 27.5" vent rib full choke bbl it's in 95% condition. The first time I shot it I almost won the Annie-Oakley! With my 7/8 ounce loads I was smashing the third-turn targets, it felt good out shooting guys with their 10 grand Perazzi's with an old clunker:mrgreen:. Anyone know how much these things are worth? I know Winchester made them but my knowledge stops there. Thanks!

i bought one a couple of years ago for $110 off of auction arms,i just wanted a good shooting gun that i could beat through the brush rabbit and grouse hunting,the wood on mine has been re-finished and who ever done it didnt do too good of a job,but that dont matter to me.i may be wrong,but i was thinking mossberg made these for sears......

If you pull out the trigger assembly you can see 1200 stamped on the tab you push shells through, and it is basically the same gun as my friends 1200 winchester, just found that out.

I have the exact same gun. It is a Winchester 1200 with the Ted Williams name on it as a matter of fact if you order any parts for it, a reference guide comes up and tells you it is a Winchester. I got mine from a pawn shop for $125. I love it, it is really heavy duty, has the dual locking lugs. You can usually get some pretty good deals on used guns at pawn shops just b/c they say ted williams, western field, J.C. higgins etc..... All of these guns were made by a name brand a quick search will usually reveal the manufacturer.
