Anyone know if Browning will come out with a .17 HMR rifle? They have one in the .17 Mach 2, but the .17 HMR looks better. :-)

I would like to see one in 17HMR also...what do they have the mach 2 in.

Last year's catalog listed the Browning lever action rifle in the .17 Mach 2. I checked their new catalog on the Browning website and I don't see the .17 Mach 2 lsisted for the Browning lever action rifle.

On another thought, I may have mentioned this in a previous post ( I just don't remember if I did . :oops: ) , but I wonder if it would be possible for Browning to make a bottom ejecting centerfire rifle along the lines of their BPS pump action shotgun? Seems like from an engineering standpoint, it would not be that hard to do. From the way I see it, both right and left handed shooters would be able to use this style of rifle. A redesigned Browning BAR could be a bottom ejecting rifle as well.

Man I would like to see it in the TBOLT. I have a CZ 452 and a Ruger 77/17 ordered. This is a great round to teach kids to shoot with. Not much recoil and accurate target shooting at 100yds on a calm day.
I would really like a TBOLT in 17HMR.
