Which of them do you feel is fastest to use?

I've never used the Comp III version, but I am VERY pleased with the Comp II.  Easy to use, FAST, and much more compact than the Comp III.  For strictly target or home defense, I would probably have gone with the Comp III because they look larger, more convenient to handle, probably faster to use under stress.  I got the comp II's for carry in the field.

:cb2: I can't imagine carrying Comp III for anything other than competition shooting. I use the Comp IIs when ever I'm carrying a .357, and I use the Safariland 371 holder which carries 3 rounds on each side of the belt. Doesn't stick out as far.
