Before.. I order a set of laminated grip/forend I have a ?

I have the rubber grip/forend and before I order a set of laminated ones I was woundering if anyone can tell me if the laminated grip has a angle more to the trigger the rubber one that I have sure angles away from the trigger I have noticed that I am reaching for the trigger this may also be my problem with my groups.

not sure, my walnut is a good hand filling grip, which i like. i know what you need. IMO. a trigger job. my trigger is 2lb and that makes it much easier to shoot groups. that could possibly be one reason your not shooting groups as good as your contender 7-30.
