The proposed limits on main match gun modifications are being released for SASS members to read (and argue about). Several threads on the SASS wire are hashing out details, but no changes will be made to the document prior to the vote (it can be amended later). How are folks here planning to ask their TGs to vote? Although hazy in places, the proposal looks alright to me.
