interarms and Howa actions

I have read your replys bout Rem.700 actions to build upon but would like some views on the Interarms Mark X and Howa actions.  The project is a 257 roberts whitetail rifle.  Thanks Gary

they are bouth good actions a freind has a howa .243 its a nice and anouther freind has a mark x 30-06 custom .
