I kind of got out of the big boom thing in '01 due to health reasons and the ol' lady. had an antique parrot gun that I shot on july 4 th and such.
just began a new project with a 90mm rifled barrel that came my way.
However, back in 01 I was on a website for a cannon shoot, Lot of the guns were using a rotating breach and there was a link to the plans. I have lost them. also a comment was made by an aquaintance about the illegality of a breach loading 90 even if it were only shooting black powder.
So anyway I've been hunting around for the aformentioned plans ,and a definative compilation of rules bfore I put a breacblock on this thing and get in trouble. I mean the neibors already roll their eyes at the Eland scout car in my front yard.
