what height rings?

I picked up a Bushnell sportsman 4x32, Weaver 48082 base, and weaver 49042 high rings.  The scope won't clear the hammer?  Do I nead extra high rings or is the H&R base taller than the weaver?

Yes the H&R/NEF base is taller than the Weaver and has 5 slots instead of two to offer more mounting options.
