Ruger 77 varmint in 22 hornet whats it worth

I'm looking at a Ruger 77 with laminated stock and stainless semi heavy barrel in 22 Hornet with a Sightron S-1 mildot scope the gune new is $490. and the scope is $150. it appears to be 90 -95% condition what should I pay for it?
