Shortening a Match grade Bull Barrel...
« on: March 07, 2003, 05:58:51 PM »
Question:

Can you, and about how much does it run, shorten a Green Mountain Bull Barrel?

I have the 20 incher, and would like a 16 inch barrel.

Thanks!

Sure, any one with a lathe can do it. Just make sure you get a good crown on it. Shouldn't cost much.  KN

Can also be done with hand tools but requires some special tooling to square the muzzle and re-cut the crown..  Good luck from the gunnut69
