I am going to be putting a mcmillian stock on my sako 75 hunter 300 win mag, how does one go about removing the 2 crossbolts so I can pull the action out?

You dont have to remove anything except pull the bolt out and the clip. Then take out the 2 screws that hold the stock to the barrel and action.  Give the stock a little tug and you will have the action and barrel in one hand and the stock in the other.
