Aftermarket grips

Does anyone make aftermarket grips for FA revolvers??  I want to find something in stag, or different wood than rosewood.

You may want to check with Dustin Linebaugh on his website and also Scott Kolar on Frontier Sixshooter Community.  The only mass produced factory after markets I've seen are Pachmyers, so I believe you will have to go custom.

Scott Kolar made some for me 4-5 years ago.  They're the "flame maple"  one's on his website.  They're excellent quality.  Don't know what his prices are now days.
Eagle grips also offered to make some in buffalo horn for around $100.00, again 4-5 years ago.

I think that all freedom arms grips are custom fit at the factory, thats why no aftermarket.  Gotta use a custom maker and send it in.  -TC_

I highly recomend Eagle Grips.  Raj who owns Eagle Grips is a FA owner and has a beautiful set of Buffalo horns on his.  He has made several sets of grips for me for Rugers, BFR's and FA 83's.  All of them are a great fit and very comfortable to shoot.

You probably will have to have them custom fitted.  But don't send in the whole gun, just the grip frame.

Web page for SK Custom Grips. (Really nice stuff. I can vouch for the quality of his work, and integrity).
