I have found The Montana rifleman to perform outstanding work.  They will give you exactly what you ask for but I find their experience and recommendations to be simply excellent.  I had one of my Winchester 94s in 444 rebarrelled with one of their barrels and have never fired a more accurate levergun.  It is just an incredibly accurate piece of work.  I do not own one of their actions but my gunsmith had two that he used to build some beautiful custom rifles with.  Those actions are smooth and solid.  Excellent quality.  I do not believe you can go wrong with the Montana Rifleman.  HTH.  Mikey.

I haven't received my rifle yet but everyone that has touched it since Montana Rifleman put my model 1999 in 375 H&H with an octagonal barrel say their work is outstanding.  I did a fair amount of research and everyone that had barrels or rifles built all say they can't say enough about them.  I should be getting the rifle within a month or so from the stock maker and will post how it shoots then.
