Can anyone point me in the direction of a no gunsmith scope mount for a Taurus M44 with an 8 3/8" barrel in stainless? Taurus has them on backorder. been trying through then for 6 months and they still have no idea of when They are going to receive them. I found one from Midway USA, but it requires the frame to be drilled and tapped. I was hoping to use the pistol this year for white tail, but it doesnt look like i'll have a scope, so it'll be open sights. I can't believe the trouble i'm having finding one :cry:
