Matte finish coming off?

Just took my new CZ712 out to bust some clays. Cycles well, and seemed to swing well. Back home cleaning up, I noticed some "black" coming off from the outside of the barrel(in the cloth).Is this the matte finish coming off? Any similar experience? I was using cloth with a small amount of Rem Oil.

Might be the rust preventive storage coating. Is it staining the cloth black or are there black "flakes". If it is staining the cloth black, it is most likely rust preventive coating and it needs to be cleaned off anyway. They put it on in the factory to keep the firearm from rusting while in transit and storage. If the bluing is still there, my bet is that it is the rust preventive.
