My New CZ 550 in 416 Rigby is getting some work done.

I put my new  CZ 550 416 Rigby into the gunsmith to get some work done before I even shoot it once. I am having the action glass bedded, the barrel floated and another cross lug installed. So I will have to wait even longer to go out and shot it. But at least it will be ready to go when the gunsmith gets gone.  :-D

A wise move on your part. I feel that with any production rifle these days, not your custom jobs, that a good glassbedding job should be done. That said, I am sure the Remington, Tikka, Winchester and Savage folks will jump on that statement with a "see there," but if you will notice I said with "any" production rifle, including the Remingtons, the Tikkas, the Winchesters and the Savages. I hope you end up with an exceptional rifle there Redhawk!. Tom Purdom
