thanx for the advice gunnut.
ok folks here is my delima/problem---i own a stainless ppk .380--it is the pre s&w manuf.---it is about 15/18 years old--it has been fired but from suggestions of others it may not be broken in yet (3-500 rounds)--it eats, digest, and extracts all hardball---it does not function with hp's. by not function i mean it will not eject after fireing. i have taken it back to the place where i bought it and they said that ppk's had a problem with hp's--said they were of the opinion this was not a fixable thing. no problem-i have been carrying the thing this long adn i like the gun.
i found this forum and i got to looking and reading post--i was impressed by the comments, apparant good knowledge, great attitude and a lot of other things--so here i am asking some real basic questions---this will not be something i will attempt to correct myself--if it can be corrected.
1) is this hollow point thing a correctable thing.
2) if it is the general consensus--yes--does anyone know of a smith in houston they would reccomend?
3)if not in houston-does anyone know of a smith somewhere else they would reccommend.. i realyy like referals and i don't hold the referre to any degree of responsibility.
blessings in advance
ps--i don't understand a thing yall talk about here--but its kinda fun and nanno by nanno i am learning some things.
