looks like quite an experiment. wonder how it came out. the finns and russians liked to shim the longer barrelled m-n iterations a little bit way out front for forearm pressure for best accuracy. with a little work and proper diameter bullets, a sound m-n - particularly finn re-works - can be as accurate as ANY mil-surp bolt action and most civilian factory rifles. i've got a couple of m-44 iron-sighted sporters that are great for woods work. but dude ... THAT much work? :roll:
