Howdy pard,
It has been down for nearly a month now. There some major problems with the server that carried TFS. El Cajon is planning on bringing it back on a dedicated server out of home but it be qu8ite a while before it comes back, perhaps another month or better.
In the meantime, several of the formaer moderators have put together a new site for the habituees of TFS at this local:
http://www.theopenrange.net/forum/index.php
You will find many of yer old pards hanging out there, and aformat very similar to the old TFS board.
