Hi All,

Well as the weather is a little improved today I managed to get outside long enough to shoot off a couple of photos of the rifle:-

As you can see it has both the CZ roundal and the Brno marking

Proofed in 1965 the No2 has the Mauser type tangent rear sight calibrated to 200 meters.

The scope is a Leupold M8 Compact 4x in Parker-Hale rings. Hope you like it

Hi All,

When I found this rifle I was looking at new models 452's however I am not enomoured with the Hogs back stock and the new 452's they had in stock required the triggers to be adjusted for me. Then I spotted the straight comb stock of this Model No2. It was only a little less than the new 452's and was itself just like new with a beautifully light crisp trigger, so it came home with me

And yes the background is the back lawn, we have a bout 1 acre of garden and also own the 5 acre field behind and to the south side, they are harveting the Potatoes off it right now, it's let out to a local grower. Here is a view from the front garden begining of June:-

The bungalow faces nearley due East.

The peace and quite is quite often shattered literally by these visitors:-

Tornado

Mother planted the trees to seperate us from the field and provide a wind break to the west.
