I haven't gotten the rifle fine tuned yet but this was from my first day of shooting it. Five shots at 100 yards using Winchester 45gr varmints

Nice shooting! I assume you're shootin a .223?  How do you like the set trigger?

Thanks!  Yeah this target is from the .223. I really love the set trigger on my 527 and I sure wish my 452 had it as well. Odd thing, When I purchased my 527, which was new in the box, the trigger set screw was adjusted all the way in and not allowing the trigger to "set" but after a little tinkering it was perfect.

Nice shooting but the pic is a bit of a dissappointment--I thought I was gonna see the rifle too (hint hint).

I too am very happy with my 527.  I got the American model in birds eye maple and in the .22 Hornet caliber.  These are the first shots I fired with Winchester factory ammo.  It was a 46 gr. HP bullet and was a very accurate bullet at that.

I was very impressed with this group and then went over to the 100 yard range.  This is the result:

I am looking forward to some fine shooting with this jewel.  My only regret is that they don't come in .218 Bee.
Just another voice in the crowd!!!
