I know that Springfield is building and selling a commemorative Carlos Hathcock rifle (M1A1).  Is there anyone buliding an M40 Carlos Hathcock? Thanks.  ED

I don't know about a commemerative, but building a M40 wouldn't be any problem. There are lots of folks out there that would be glad to put one together.
